She has extensive experience in business structuring, fundraising and financing, cross-border operations involving Latin American countries, shareholder representation in corporate affairs, investor relations, advising and guiding Boards of Directors and Committees, and developing corporate governance programs, including policies and topics related to risk management - GRC.
She is a member of the Corporate Law Commission of the OAB/SP and serves on thematic committees related to Corporate Governance and Business Law at various institutions.
