• Evaluate whether the expenses caused by the incident may be deductible according to applicable legislation.
• File lawsuits to breach confidentiality of IP, email and social networks in order to respond to the incident.
• Distribute and monitor actions to remove content from the internet.
• Establish a strategy for claiming the appropriate indemnities.
