• Support in the (re)structuring of the Compliance area, using digital platforms.
• Update or elaboration of Codes of Conduct and Corporate Policies, and if necessary, elaboration or presentation of recommendations in the Code of Conduct and other existing policies.
• Support in the implementation of control, monitoring and indicator mechanisms to avoid violations of laws, code of conduct and policies.
• Support in the implementation of reporting channels, using digital platforms.
• Structuring and carrying out assistance (1st and 2nd level) regarding complaints received.
• On-demand advice to accompany the person responsible for Compliance in the creation of new indicators, agenda for monitoring activities, advice on possible violations, weaknesses in controls and unnecessary excesses, support in analysis and investigation procedures to determine authorship, circumstances and damages, among others others.
